Donation Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before making a donation.
1. Virtual Currency — No Real-World Value
Donation Coins are virtual in-game currency with no monetary value outside of L2PlaySolo. They cannot be exchanged for real money, transferred between accounts, or redeemed for any goods or services outside the game. All purchases are made voluntarily to support the server.
2. No Refunds
All donations are final and non-refundable. By completing a payment you acknowledge that you are donating to support the server and that no refund will be issued once the transaction is processed, except where required by applicable law. If you experience a technical issue preventing your coins from being delivered, please contact support within 7 days of the transaction date.
3. Service Availability
L2PlaySolo is a private game server provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the server. The server may be taken offline temporarily for maintenance, updates, or permanently discontinued at any time. In the event of a permanent shutdown, no compensation or refund for unused Donation Coins will be provided.
4. Account Responsibility
Donation Coins are credited to the account you are logged into at the time of purchase. You are solely responsible for storing your account credentials securely. L2PlaySolo is not responsible for coins lost due to account sharing, unauthorised access, or player error when transferring coins to a character.
5. Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. L2PlaySolo does not store your card details. By completing a payment you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute raised without contacting L2PlaySolo support first, the associated account may be suspended pending resolution.
6. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old, or have verifiable parental or guardian consent, to make a donation. By completing a purchase you confirm that you meet this requirement.
7. Prohibited Use
Donations may not be used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity. L2PlaySolo reserves the right to cancel a transaction and suspend an account if fraudulent activity is suspected, including but not limited to the use of stolen payment methods.
8. Changes to These Terms
L2PlaySolo reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the donation system after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date of the last update is shown at the bottom of this page.
